Because of a car failure while visiting Lancaster PA, I made reservations for a one-way drop-off to Lexington Park MD. I was so impressed with renting experience from Enterprise in Lancaster PA. Upon arriving, I met Jaiden Lisbon. Jaiden took all my information and went over everything we needed to know about the rental car agreement. He then escorted us to the car checking everything in the car and answering any questions we had about the car. What made this so much different than all my previous rentals were Jaiden Lisbon! He had a great attitude and enthusiasm for what he was doing. This man really enjoyed his job and helping people. He should be training future employees.
