  I called the number on the website ask how much for an oil change she tells me it is 49.99. so I make an appointment the guys did great but go to pay and it was 124.99.. that's absolutely ridiculous

  Called in today to get a quote on a alignment. Easily 60 to $70 more than the shop less than a mile or two down the road from their location. Also apparently they outsource to a call center in order to receive all incoming calls. Really pathetic when they keep taking jobs from people that actually live here in the United States.

  I had been to Mr Tire before for tire patches. My newest car had a tire losing air frequently They quoted me sixty dollars for the service. Then they said puncture was not in the patch area, that my tread was too worn and they had no matching tires for my car. I remarked that my car had only 7500 miles on it, and was told “Yeah the manufacturer puts those soft tires on so you get a smooth test drive”. The options given were to put on my spare or buy a new set of tires. Adios, Mr Tire. I know very little about cars but am no moron. Went to Rice Tire, who patched the tire for thirty dollars. Guess who gets my business now

  We were driving from Maryland to Kentucky on a Saturday when the battery indicator light came on. A quick Google search said to get it checked. A search for open shops led us to Mr. Tire in Cumberland. Nick immediately took our car in for diagnostics and quickly found the problem. Unfortunately it couldn't be repaired that day and we needed to be in Kentucky that day. Nick helped us find a rental car and offered to keep the car safe for us till we returned the following Saturday. Repairs were made and we returned to finish our trip home a week later. Nick and the team were spectacular and so helpful!!

  I have been dealing with this issue for months. Months! It would be nice to be taken seriously just once by a mechanic. I spend a minimum of 6 hours in my car every week to commute. It has a new awful squeaking when I go over bumps and it is getting worse. It sounds like the steering column is going to rattle away on some days. Maybe the severity of the squeaking changes with the weather or the severity of the bump. I have videos of the noise and it doesn't seem to matter to anyone, but me. Even though I am standing there with money in hand screaming to the world "Can literally ANYONE HELP ME?!?", no one apparently can. And the only thing at risk, is my life. So why am I not being taken seriously? Is it because I am a woman or because my last name is Gomez? Is it because I show up with a smile and try to be nice? Is it because it's a Prius? WHY? Why is it that I take my vehicle to one place, they tell me $1600 I need all new shocks, then to another place and they tell me there's nothing wrong with the car, then another place tells me even after I make an appointment they don't see me on the schedule, don't have the part, and the guy isn't even in, why when I call to make an appt am I told "it's Friday, can we schedule this for Monday, even though they're open on the weekend, why are the places cops are recommending completely incompetent"? All of these questions...and it is extremely dehumanizing. So, this is how this is going to play out, the issue is going to get so bad that I crash on my 3 hour commute and will probably die because it is 70 mph. Why is this happening? Why is it that literally no one can help me? Why is it "this must be in your head"? Why is it "I will scam you". Why can't it ever just be "let me treat you like I care about what I am doing, care about my name/reputation, care about respect, care that my mistake or oversight might COST YOU YOUR LIFE?" The only reason this is a two star is because they didn't charge me for not helping me. Yeah, nothing wrong with the car they say as I drive 1 minute in my car and it continues to squeak. Just tell me on the phone you don't want money so I can stop wasting my time.
