    Went in for tire rotation, tried to sell me new tires which were not needed so when they couldn't soak me for that, they told me I needed new rotors. When asked if they could be " turned down" I was told no. They swindled $515.00 from me and didn't even throw the old rotors in the trunk! Yeah, wonder why? So I could clearly see they didn't need replaced at all @22K miles! Never Again will I darken that doorstep!

    I think 145.00 for a oil change is ridiculous especially when you didnt get all the service that was included. Making excuses of why I shouldn't get my tires rotated just tl see if I wanted to buy new ones when they practically new not a year old. To tell me that the oil change was 98.00 then there is all these ridiculous fees. My first time there and it will be my last time.

    Beware. They don't honor confirmed appointments through their website. Told me that you can't depend on their online booking and that they couldn't squeeze us in, even though they also advertise walk ins. Dont take your chances with Mr. Tire, some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    My experience started when I called to see if they had tires available for my car. The man on the phone was very knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. He got me in the shop on a Sunday because I had an inconvenient flat tire. Price was about the same as other shops around the area. The waiting room was very comfortable.
