I bought my RAV4 in 2022 and was forced into getting the VIP service option as they do not take no for an answer, hardly qualifying as VIP status since everyone has to have it. Fast forward three years and they changed their Lyft policy to only cover $20 total for round trip rides on service days, where up until now they covered Lyft rides regardless. I will unfortunately continue using VIP for the included offerings of tire rotations and oil changes, but for any work outside of this that requires a cost I will take my car elsewhere. This definitely will result in my going to a different dealership when it’s time to get my next car that does not bully customers into paying for their VIP services. This was on top of them trying to insist on running finance options through them rather than through the financing I already had in place through my credit union for which I told them they could not match the rate.

Would give 0 stars. The service department is pure chaos. No one, up to and including the General Manager, are competent. I Took my car in for an oil change, but instead they took a huge chunk of of the paint and did not change the oil even after I was there for 4 hours. Took it back to fix paint. Originally said it would be 1 day to fix vehicle. Then it took 3. When I got it back, there was garbage in the back. The kind of garbage that makes you think my vehicle was used as a doordash delivery vehicle for those three days. General Manager admitted to using my vehicle to deliver food to people. Plus personal property is now missing. The general manager hates veterans and their service dogs. DO NOT GO HERE! Avoid Sheehy at all costs!! Also, look out for the copy and paste reply about how much they care about providing great service from Jackie Mays - the Customer Relations person. She will lie to your face, and she does not know how to do a proper QA/QC check which is her job.
