  I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mr. Tire. The technicians were unprofessional, incompetent, and completely unreliable. I brought my car in for what should have been a routine service, and instead, they managed to damage the alignment of my vehicle. Not only did they fail to properly diagnose or address the issue, but their lack of care and attention to detail actually made things worse. After leaving the shop, my car was driving unevenly and pulling to one side—something that was not an issue before my visit. It’s incredibly frustrating to trust a business with your vehicle, only to have it returned in worse condition. There was no accountability, no clear explanation, and no effort to make things right. I would not recommend Mr. Tire to anyone looking for reliable or professional service. Save yourself the time, money, and stress, and take your car somewhere that values quality work and customer care.

  I arrived at exactly 9:00 am and MIKE was there greeting me with a smile. I needed an oil change and 4 new tires. I was out in and out in 45 min. Affordable, fast and friendly service! It was right on time as the ice storm occurred 2 days later. THANK YOU!

  Told me I needed a certain repair to fix the shaking of vehicle, did not inspect my vehicle, had a non-mechanic work on my car, paid $700 for an unnecessary repair. Sought a second opinion after to which Toyota fixed the issue with my vehicle. Do not go here.

  Patrick was very helpful when it came to getting me out of there in a timely matter. He put on my spare tire and when I returned after work to buy a new tire he was eager to assist. However when I asked for pricing of the tire he told me it was 68 plus taxes. I even asked to confirm when I came back after work and was still told the same price. But when I went to swipe my card it was over 100 dollars. He never fully explained all of the fees that would be charged and as a female I felt taken advantage of. I paid the price because I absolutely needed a new tire but I didn’t appreciate the level of non transparency.

  SCAMMED. Car died the moment I left the shop. They said they can’t verify that I was even in the shop (I have the receipt from the shop but that apparently doesn’t matter??) Patrick is a pathological liar who can’t go 2 seconds without lying for no reason. Claims he is the owner and the manager and the technician yet has no clue what’s happening. Disgusting fraud and pathetic lying staff. Have to issue chargeback. Endless jumping through hoops to get a refund even tho the parent company acknowledges the fraud
