  I had high quality service overall. I was able to get an oil change and rotation. I was also able to get more extensive services like brake replacement and fluid drain fill syn before they would cost more with damage.

  Went in for oil change only, technicians yes multiple techs, just to change oil ended up putting a dent in my fender. Some of these techs are just hires off the street. No one on staff are ASE certified mechanics, however they change parts?.

  I came back to this specific Jiffy Lube in Laurel near Denny's, because the service the professionalis, and attentiveness was A+! But its been a while since the last service, and the previous management wasn't there anymore. You could quickly tell the difference once I pulled up. I went for a scheduled oil change & tire rotation, and they told me I had a nail in my tire, but said the positioning of the nail they couldn't plug it, ok... so didn't get the rotation and I left to go somewhere else 2 min. away, and got it plugged. Took all of 20 min. Called several times while I was there, but nobody would pick up the phone. So came back 20 min. before closing and was told they didn't have anyone to do the rotation, while at least several employees were just standing around waiting to leave. Now I understand when you wanna leave work after working all day, but I was there in enough time, and they knew when I left I was coming back. And by the way I got the tire plugged, but bought a new tire, and had it put on as well. So this didn't sit well with me none the less, and especially because my expectations were high from my previous experience with the other management, but going the extra mile sometimes, is the difference between, stopping by & having customers. But I don't think now I'll be doing either🤷🏻‍♂️

  I drive to Laurel because of the team and great customer service..... But, today (2 days later), I went in my glove compartment and it collapsed, all my items fell out! After changing the filter, the person did NOT attach the 2 disks back in! He shoved my items back into my glove box, he knew he was wrong. Not professional! Frustrated Customer!

  I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Laurel yesterday. It started off by me being able to drive straight into the bay and not have to wait at all. Then, I was immediately greeted by customer service for them to tell me what my needs were and the estimated cost before they even began the work. Once completed, they not only asked me about having a coupon, but accepted both coupons I had to bring my costs down. Overall great experience.
