    The location should produce a contract or agreement with specified terms up front prior to asking a customer to sign on a payment kiosk where the agreement isn’t clear or legible. Produce a receipt with terms. When transaction is completed have customer sign on final bill. I have not to date received a final bill even after the customer service representative stressed that I would receive once via email. My transaction was not on what I would say demonstrates business best practices. I feel completely taken advantage of. The complaint charged me when I had rental insurance to cover the use of a car by unbeknownst to me upselling me.

    When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that the system did not reflect the insurance coverage I pre-paid for through booking.com. I opted to not purchase another insurance through Enterprise and use my insurance instead. Now I am unable to get a refund for the pre-paid coverage through Booking.com Whoever is incharge of inspecting cars did not check the tires. After driving 800 miles, steering did not feel right so when I checked the tire pressure, each tire was inflated to 55psi! I regulated the tire pressure and immediately felt the difference. If I would have hit a pot hole, the tire could have ruptured and caused an accident. The spare tire was missing from the vehicle but the jack was in tact.

    I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise in Laurel, MD (and multiple nearby locations) while trying to rent a car through an insurance claim. I spent 4 hours being bounced between six different Enterprise locations around Crofton/Laurel because none of them had vehicles or proper staff available. Phones went unanswered at most locations, and the reservation/dispatch center offered no helpful follow-up or callbacks. When I finally reached the Laurel location, an employee (name given as Anthony) said they didn’t have enough staff to do a scheduled pickup despite my confirmed reservation. I can’t understand how Enterprise — a national brand I’ve trusted — would be so poorly staffed and unresponsive during a routine claim rental. The lack of coordination, staffing, and basic customer communication was unacceptable. Overall very disappointed. Enterprise needs to improve staffing, phone responsiveness, and accountability across locations so customers aren’t left stranded and wasting hours when they have important matters like family and jobs to attend to. Please do better.

    Rented a vehicle here and it's been a frustrating ordeal to retrieve my personal belongings. I reached out on Sunday 3.8.26 to inquire about how I can retrieve my belonging for a vehicle I was renting for 2 months. I was told by branch manager that I can get it on Monday 3.9.26. It's now 3.13.26, five days later and I still haven't received my items, that includes my wallet and several bank cards. I've reached out to customer service several times, emailed management, and still not satisfactory solution has been presented on my items. The easiest way to resolve this was to let me know where the vehicle is and I can come get my things. Yet it's been made so complicated. As a former employee that helped run one of the biggest branches in Group 16, Silver Spring, I'm very disappointed in the deplorable customer service that enterprise across the board is offering. ESQI must not be a thing anymore. ENTERPRISE MUST DO BETTER.
