They demonstrated an exceptional level of understanding, patience, and fairness that completely restored my faith in auto repair services. My journey to them began after a truly devastating experience elsewhere. I took my car to an AAA location for a specific issue, but they insisted on performing repairs that didn't even address my initial concern. When those unrequested repairs failed to solve the problem, they had the audacity to tell me, "...oh that's a different problem, I would have to do a diagnostic and go from there." Their subsequent cost estimate was so exorbitant and insulting that it honestly brought me to tears. I refused to be taken advantage of any further. Calling NTB was the best decision I could have made. From the very first call, Keith made me feel so much better. He was incredibly kind, worked with my situation, and even welcomed me in for a same-day fix. Although my previous experience had left me hesitant and with a deep distrust of corporate auto repair, Keith's genuine approach and transparency made me feel I could trust him—and I am so incredibly glad I did! Keith and his team not only diagnosed and fixed the actual problem promptly, but he also gave me a truly very, very good price—something genuinely manageable and fair. I sincerely appreciate his and his team's deep understanding of my prior frustration. They got my car done in a timely manner and were exceptionally helpful throughout the process. I highly, highly recommend this location. They are a shining example of integrity and excellent customer service.

On top of that, the following day I came out to a flat tire on BRAND NEW TIRES. I called NTB and Candy told me to come on through they would check on it. I came in around 9:30 and within the hour my issue was fixed and I was back on the road. I definitely recommend the LAUREL location
