- GHGiles HarneyDec 21, 20252.0Overcharged. The advertised price was free tire rotation with oil change for $49.95. They charged me for the more expensive oil change of $98.99. They also charged me $20.00 for tire balancing which I didn’t ask for. There was also oil on the left front bottom door frame (which I have a picture of). I left a message in person for the manager who initially wrote up my work order but was not there when it was time to pay with a store employee. I saw him write the message and leave it by the counter computer. I never received a call back. I am left with no option but to leave this review. I have been a customer of theirs for many years and will not be returning unless they can make things right. Disappointed.
