  Told me I needed a certain repair to fix the shaking of vehicle, did not inspect my vehicle, had a non-mechanic work on my car, paid $700 for an unnecessary repair. Sought a second opinion after to which Toyota fixed the issue with my vehicle. Do not go here.

  Patrick was very helpful when it came to getting me out of there in a timely matter. He put on my spare tire and when I returned after work to buy a new tire he was eager to assist. However when I asked for pricing of the tire he told me it was 68 plus taxes. I even asked to confirm when I came back after work and was still told the same price. But when I went to swipe my card it was over 100 dollars. He never fully explained all of the fees that would be charged and as a female I felt taken advantage of. I paid the price because I absolutely needed a new tire but I didn’t appreciate the level of non transparency.

  SCAMMED. Car died the moment I left the shop. They said they can’t verify that I was even in the shop (I have the receipt from the shop but that apparently doesn’t matter??) Patrick is a pathological liar who can’t go 2 seconds without lying for no reason. Claims he is the owner and the manager and the technician yet has no clue what’s happening. Disgusting fraud and pathetic lying staff. Have to issue chargeback. Endless jumping through hoops to get a refund even tho the parent company acknowledges the fraud

  I was headed home to Aldie Virginia from New Jersey before the Bomb Cyclone on February 22nd. I hit some piece of metal on the road on 95S and immediately knew I would not make it home without a new tire. I called Mr Tire in Laurel and the employees were so nice and understanding. Had my car fixed with two new tires and I was on my way within an hour or so!! Definitely answered a prayer as I was off the road before the snowstorm began.

  Manager and staff are untrustworthy; services are left uncompleted or ignored/neglected KNOWINGLY by the technicians. I requested for an oil change and tire rotation last week, come around this week to find out there was no oil change/tire rotation done. Confronted the manager regarding this issue, he did not take any accountability, feigned ignorance, and simply did not care whatsoever. This location has no values, please go somewhere else, anywhere else but here.
