When I called the gentleman on the other end asked for my tire size. When I gave it to him, he offered me three tire prices in my size range. He never pressured me to purchase a certain price range and when I asked about the differences in the ranges, he gave me all necessary information to make an informed decision. Upon being towed to the location, I was met by the same gentleman and another mechanic, who immediately assured me I was in "good hands". When I tell you within an hour I had a new tire and was able to get back on the road, I was. I am so grateful that as a black woman traveling and experiencing my first ever blow out, I felt safe and taken care of, instead of taken advantage of. I applaud the level of professionalism and decency this shop and its staff extended to me during my time of need and distress.
- JBJoe BrownOct 30, 20252.0Brought 4 tires last year. Once home I noticed wheel locks were missing, notify store and was told to comeback. I was told that they had to order new wheel locks. Six months later had tires balance and rotated. Returned for a second balance and rotation and was told that my lock key was bad. That they have to break off locks. Mr Tire is the only place that work on these tires. Wheel locks where not replaced.

I was prepared to buy a new tire but the gentleman who assisted me said why don’t you call the place you got it because it’s a new tire and should be under warranty. Turns out it was so I took it to the other place, but I was prepared to buy a new tire right then and there, but they decided to help me out to save me some money. Very much appreciated. That’s what customer service is all about.
