Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional and stopped to chat with us. King Kia gave us a great price on our trade in. We’re very happy with our new car. Even though there are other Kia dealerships closer to us, we’ll be taking our vehicle to King Kia for all service work because we’re so impressed with them. I couldn’t tell you about sales or buying experiences, but their service department is the best dealership shop I’ve ever been to. I had my car towed there for diagnostics and repair. From the start, Jacob was amazing. He communicated everything very well and as soon as he learned anything new, he was on top of informing me as soon as could by call and text. Unfortunately my engine was bricked, he explained the 2 possible causes thoroughly and sent me an estimate for repairs. I had previously told him I was having money problems, so right after he texted me the cost sheet he followed up with a financing option as well as giving his honest opinion on next steps. He was generous with the time he gave me to figure out what to do with the car and was supportive of my decision. He was just great throughout the whole process and I really appreciate him affording me time, resources, and a break on the cost of diagnostics and storage. Honestly, if the service makes other than Kia, depending on the problem, I’d bring my new car there.

I had a great experience, buying my car here! We handled most of the details through messages ahead of time, and everything was honest, clear, and exactly as discussed when I came in to finalize the deal. There were no surprises.
Johnny runs a great team and made the whole process smooth. Kevin was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. Larry in finance was professional and efficient.

I bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma from Laurel Kia and it had been sitting on the lot for about 9 months before I bought it.
Turns our it was a Michigan DOT owned truck before being sold at auction, and had apparently been fed a steady diet of cheap, bulk, non-detergent oil for the first 100k miles.
It took 5 weeks for the low oil pressure issue to show up.
I cannot say that Laurel Kia knew about the problem, but they certainly did absolutely nothing to assist with any resolution. Clearly, it was a week out of warranty, so they left me twisting in the wind. The service manager had a little temper tantrum, yelling about there was nothing wrong with it. They wouldn't even talk about fixing it outside of warranty work.
What kind of shop won't work for cash money?
Pretty unprofessional!
That cost me $7600 for a new engine , on top of the cost of the truck.
