  All the other reviews hit the nail on the head with CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The ladies at the front desk will take care of you... communicate with insurance so you don't have to... and genuinely try to make a frustrating situation better. I had two accidents back to back, and Eve made everything 10x better while having to deal with insurance, rental companies, MVA... blah blah blah! Thanks ladies & Eve! <3

  Gerber auto repair in Laurel was outstanding in helping me deal with the headache of my car being hit. They dealt with the insurance company and the work to repair my car was flawless! The front desk staff and insurance adjuster were very friendly and kept me updated on my vehicle. I got my car back better than when I dropped her off. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, Julie, my service advisor, went above and beyond — her professionalism, communication, and care truly set the standard. Gerber is very fortunate to have her; she has outstanding customer service and people skills. As for the work itself, the quality of the repairs and finish is consistently top-notch — every vehicle I’ve brought here looks brand new when it’s done. I completely trust their team to restore any car properly and with attention to detail. Excellent service as always — highly recommended!
