  My husband’s car was stolen and the insurance company set up a rental car service through this location. From start to finish the process was so easy and quick. Picking up the car, Ryan helped get him set up so fast and explained everything in detail. Dropping the car back off once he bought his new car was just as easy and efficient. The lobby was packed with customers, but Brandon made sure to greet us and acknowledged that he was just dropping off and assured us that it will take no time at all. Jamal came and was extremely friendly, checked out the car quickly, and made sure we knew of any charges or refunds. We are very pleased with the service that was provided, especially since this was generally a stressful and awful circumstance. This part of it was easy and smooth and Jamal, Brandon and Ryan definitely showed excellent customer service. Thank you!

  The customer service was exceptional and I love the speedy service when renting. The gentleman traded the car without hesitation. I was also reimbursed some of the funds when I put extra gas in the car. The points are wonderful to have which lead up to me getting a car free for one day!

  Currently been waiting for over an hour for a car that I had reserved through my insurance. They have one person working the desk and she is working HARD. I am absolutely not faulting her at all. For a company that claims to always keep you moving I sure have been sitting here for a while.

  I recently had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car following an auto collision, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful during what can already be a stressful situation. Brinae, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. There was a small issue involving the insurance process, and she resolved it quickly, professionally, and without making me feel stressed or inconvenienced. Her communication and customer service were exceptional, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience. I also want to recognize the associate who assisted me during the return process/check-out. They were efficient, courteous, and made the return process simple and seamless. Overall, the entire team created an experience that felt organized, welcoming, and customer-focused from beginning to end. I truly appreciated the professionalism and kindness shown by everyone there. I would absolutely recommend this Enterprise location to anyone needing a rental vehicle, especially during a difficult time after an accident. Thank you all again for the outstanding service!
