    I returned a car on time at this location. However for some reason they charged me for an entire extra day and had the car listed as returned many hours later after it was already returned. Fraudulent activity.

    Anthony, Moe and Daisy were very helpful from the moment I walked in. I was greeted acknowledged immediately. The staff were very nice and helpful. Daisy was awesome, she helped me get my rental. They all made this experience, very blissful because this was the first time that I was ever in a rental. They explained the whole process answered all my questions and at drop off Moe helped me out and everything was very smoothly Thanks again!

    Ryan E. at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Laurel, MD, was so helpful to me. When I went to rent a car after my car was taken to the auto body shop, the reservation did not have on it that it was covered by the insurance company. He helped me through the process by contacting Travelers and making sure the rental was being paid by my policy. Then, I returned the car to the nearby Bowie, MD location, and Ryan took car of closing out the rental. Thank you, Enterprise and Ryan, for making the car rental easy and convenient to me.
