  Worst customer service I've experienced and will be escalating the matter further. I made a reservation on Thursday evening for a vehicle pickup on Friday morning, to be returned Monday evening. Upon arrival, the initial representative who assisted me was professional and courteous. When he escorted me to the vehicle, he immediately noticed that it had a strong, unpleasant odor and appeared dirty. He even stated, “I don’t think you will like this smell,” and agreed that it smelled like someone’s body odor. He assured me that he would find a different, clean vehicle instead. While I was waiting, another representative named McKinsey informed me that they were cleaning the car. I assumed this meant they were preparing a different vehicle, as the first representative had stated. However, McKinsey took me back outside to the same car, stating that it had simply been sprayed again. When I raised my concern, politely but firmly, about the ongoing odor and cleanliness, she continuously cut me off and accused me of being “hostile". Stating someone is "hostile" without an object threat is inflammatory and unnecessary. At no point was I disrespectful or threatening. I was simply expressing a valid concern of dissatisfaction with the condition of the car and confusion over why a replacement wasn’t provided as initially promised. McKinsey escalated the situation unnecessarily, stated she did not “feel comfortable” renting me a car, and even threatened to call the police to intimidate me when there was no crime or safety concern an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional response to a valid customer concern. She also refused to extend me a courtesy ride to another location or offer any alternative resolution. I also missed a family funeral due to this inconvenience as well as more money spent to get an Uber. Her behavior was unprofessional, condescending, and humiliating and sought to punish me because I expressed dissatisfaction with the odor in the rental. She publicly embarrassed me in front of other staff and customers. I have never been treated in such a manner by any rental company, I have rented here before with no issues and I expect Enterprise, known for its customer service, to address this matter seriously.

  This location is located right next to Gerber repair shop and was super convenient to use while I waited for my car to be fixed. The staff was professional and friendly. No issues or concerns with using them again.

  My wife and I rent from this Enterprise location many times a year. It’s literally the best. The customer service is top notch. We could not possibly speak higher about this location. Very loyal customers. I’ve thought some about it, and what sets it apart is that the employees really care. You can tell. And, more broadly speaking, Enterprise itself is our favorite rental company. Never had a negative experience.
