I came in person and let the guy know that I needed the parts because my car was being repaired on Monday. The “parts” were there in 24 hours…great except I ordered 2 of the same part and they came in 2 different size boxes. The same guy I ordered them from handed them to me and just said we don’t have the other one like the WRONG PART was sufficient. My other parts weren’t there even after I called and checked and he said its just “human error”. That was the only apology I received. I will NEVER spend another dime at an advance auto.
