    I would like to share my experience as a frequent customer of this establishment. I usually visit this store because it is close to my home, mainly to purchase oil for my vehicle, so I typically do not require assistance. However, on this occasion I went looking for lights for my car, and the service provided by the female employee Vilma was completely unacceptable. On previous visits, I had already noticed her consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude, which often makes even a simple checkout experience uncomfortable. I had never left a review before because I had not had a direct issue until now. During this visit, her behavior was arrogant, unprofessional, and disrespectful. She showed no willingness to assist customers, and her tone of communication was inappropriate and discourteous. I considered addressing the situation more directly in the moment, but instead chose to leave this review so that management can properly address the issue and ensure employees are trained to treat customers with respect. No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected when simply trying to receive basic assistance. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service standards, as this directly affects the reputation of the business.

    Ms. Vilmar treated us extremely poorly. Instead of offering help, she raised her voice at us and spoke in a harsh, disrespectful, and discriminatory manner. We were simply looking at oil filters as customers, yet we were made to feel unwelcome and humiliated. I have always been a loyal customer and have even recommended this place to my friends, telling them it was the best. But after what happened today, that perception has completely changed. This experience was deeply unpleasant and honestly left me feeling discriminated against and disrespected. No customer should ever be treated this way.

    Disappointed that they didn't have what I needed for my car! They told me that not only is it not in stock, but that that never had it! So now I'm forced to go to the dealership to get the parts!!!!

    Whoever is working today at 12:00pm on 01/03/2025 left me hanging on the phone for 10 minutes and then hang up on me. I just wanted to know if you guys had a part in stock so I could pick it up today. Hire people who actually wants to work!!!!

    I came into this Advanced Auto Parts location needing help with a key fob battery replacement. I asked if someone could open the key fob so the battery could be changed. I was told they “couldn’t” do it and was given no real explanation or assistance. My mother came here once and was helped with hers which is crazy. That’s why she told me to come here. The employee who helped me was very stern and dismissive, and the interaction felt unnecessarily rude. No attempt was made to help, explain, or offer alternatives The hispanic guy working 12/30 at 5 p.m simply stood there and said they couldn’t assist. What’s frustrating is that I went to AutoZone immediately afterward, and they opened the key fob and replaced the battery with no issue at all after I explained I wasn’t able to. It took only a couple of minutes. For a store that calls itself Advanced Auto Parts, I was disappointed by both the lack of basic service and the unprofessional attitude. I won’t be returning to this location.
