  I brought my car in for a routine oil change—something simple that should be done correctly the first time. Initially, I was asked to leave my car overnight, which I declined. I returned the next day and had the service completed. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed small details were missed, like not placing the mileage sticker for the next oil change. Unfortunately, the bigger issue came after I got home my car started leaking oil, leaving my driveway and garage covered. An oil change should never result in an oil leak. This raises serious concerns about the quality of work and attention to detail at this shop. I expect issues like this to be taken seriously and corrected immediately. Based on this experience, I will not be returning

  Had an amazing experience at NTB Tire thanks to Ace. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me taken care of the right way. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work and looks out for customers. If you go to NTB, ask for Ace. He’ll make sure you’re squared away the right way.

  I came here to get my rim checked for a crack the lady at the front desk never wrote it in her notes but got them to change my tire I originally had a somewhat brand new perelli run flat tire which cost me 600$ from dealership & i was clear that I wanted to get my rim checked & if I needed to I would get a new tire but when they called me to pick my car up they never said anything about my rim having a crack in it . So I thought my rim was good .. I drove home & parked came out next morning to a flat tire .. with that being said I would never have brought a tire from them if they went the the procedure to check my rim for a crack & when I came back to get refund & my run flat tire they gave me a hard time also that was on the 21st I have still yet to receive a refund & they wouldn’t give me the higher up contact info so I could reach out.. by far the Worst NTB I’ve went to so now I’m out of a 600$ run flat tire that was somewhat brand new & I had to purchase a tire from them & get my rim repaired so I just lost out on money all because the person I was talking to didn’t make it clear that I wanted my rim checked too!
