  I want to sincerely thank Carlos and his technicians for assisting me with getting tires for my car. I was informed by a dealership that I needed 2 new tires for my car. Carlos informed me that my tires were in good condition and I only needed 1 tire rather than 2. I appreciate Carlos' honesty and I look forward to returning to have my car repaired with NTB/Lanham in the future.

  Carlos greeted me when I entered very kind and professionally, checked my tires immediately and gave me suggestions. The most impressive thing about my interaction with Carlos is he gave me a time the car would be ready and it was ready 30 minutes earlier! I will be returning.

  Great service. Carlos assisted me get all my tires replaced together with oil change. Very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend!!

  I arrived for my appointment to an empty lobby. Once the gentleman came to the counter I gave him my name. He took my keys and asked me to have a seat. He let me know that I would pay on completion. After about 2 hours, he asked if I would like to pay. They were almost finished. I went up to the counter and was a little surprised with the total over $600. I was originally quoted $555 plus taxes. There was an $80 charge that was NOT expecting in addition to the taxes. The gentleman explained it to me and I was satisfied with the explanation, just disappointed with the price difference than what was quoted by employee Fee earlier on the phone. I have purchased multiple tires this year through NTB/Macis and I have found much better customer service and satisfaction from my other tire purchases.

  I came here today for a wheel alignment , ended up not getting it due to other issues I was recommended to fix prior to doing so and being recommended to get 2 new tires along with a tie rod and other miscellaneous needs. I end up not getting it due to that not being in my agenda , cool. My car was “checked and inspected “ , I later get home about 1:15pm and later leave out about 4pm, I come outside to my tire completely flat. Mind you, I NEVER had any issue with this tire prior to arriving and getting my car seen here. I’m 90% sure they manipulated my tire so I can come back which I will not, there’s no way the irony of me leaving there and suddenly having a flat tire happens that instant. Be careful with this place na did suggest monitoring when they work on your vehicle.
