  If you've ever seen the Seinfeld episode about car rentals... Buyer and Renter Beware If it could be "0" stars, it would. I rented a low top cargo van in July 2025 for an October 2025 rental. I specifically reserved the low height van as I will be parking in a parking garage. Today, 5 days before my rental, I receive a call telling me that they don't rent out those vans so I would be getting a box truck. If I had wanted a box truck, I would have ordered a box truck. He says all the cargo vans they have are leased out to Amazon so they never have them. I explain why I specifically ordered a certain type of van. He says they are trying to accommodate me by "upgrading" me. I don't want the upgrade. I need the van I ordered because a tall vehicle will not work. Round and round we go and the outcome is they don't have now, nor did they have the van I reserved when I made the reservation. It was like I was living the Seinfeld rental car episode. This is also not the first time I have had an issue with Enterprise. But it will be the last time. Buyer and Renter Beware

  Booked a cargo van to help my son move a week prior to the move date only to have Enterprise call me less than a day before to say they didn't actually have any trucks available. This really sucked because my son and I both took time off from work and then we were stuck with almost no time to find a replacement truck. Now we need to travel 5x the distance and pay 3x as much for the rental. Totally unprofessional.
