    The staff at the Enterprise location in Lanham, MD, 20706, from which I rented my car were very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot. The car that I rented was clean and in excellent condition. Also I didn't have to wait long for a courtesy ride to the repair shop to pick-up my car when it was ready. The driver was very polite and drove very safely. Based on my rental experience at the Lanham. MD location, I would definitely rent from Enterprise again!

    The search engine that I booked the car on was Travelocity. They let me book a vehicle with no issue but when I got to the location, there were no cars available & 2 people ahead of me waiting for a car too. The agent let me know of the issue and her and the other associate working were doing their best to get us cars in a timely fashion but it would be at least an hour. They were also short staffed which made it more difficult for them. But they called around to different locations. Went and picked up cars and a little less than an hour was able to get us a car. They also upgraded it for us due to the inconvenience. I was visiting from out of town so they helped make what could have been a very upsetting situation, a pleasant experience and handled it with a friendly and caring attitude. They displayed great customer service & made sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure we had a vehicle.

    I have rented a car from Enterprise in New Carrollton for years. This particular manager Jonathan was merciless with my case. My car was in an accident and my insurance company paid for a rental car from this Enterprise. I only needed to park it there until my adjuster could look at my car at another shop, but there was a snow storm and it took an extra day or two, so a total of 3-4 days but the manager Jonathan kept saying he had no spaces, even though I was in a spot when he told me this. He had spaces. I explained to him anywhere else I might get towed. PLEASE, I PRACTICALLY BEGGED HIM. He SAID NO. IMAGINE IF IT WERE YOU, WHERE WOULD YOU PARK YOU CAR?? HOW WOULD YOU PREVENT YOUR CAR FROM BEING TOWED. So I paid the Exxon gas station attendant across the street from the Enterprise to let me park it in one of his spaces, then; drove every couple of hours by it to make sure it wasn't towed. SO YES, I'M PISSED AND WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. I also, wonder if I was big man would I have had the same outcome. I absolutely hate that experience more than you know. I had no choice but to just endure it. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF IT WERE YOU?? OR HOW WOULD JOHNATHAN FEEL IF IT WERE HIM?

    I rented a car from Ohio that had some mechanical issues and needed to switch out the vehicle when I got to Maryland in order to ensure I had a safe ride back to Cleveland. First they refused to assist me. I called customer service multiple times and they “escalated” the issue but nothing happened. Still haven’t received a call from them. I contacted my local branch in Ohio and as ALWAYS they jumped right on it and helped. When I walked in the 7710 Annapolis branch the asst manager Cavella Pratt was rude from the moment I let them know what I was there for. I was totally respectful the entire time until Cavella began to be rude. She raised her voice and began giving me a major attitude. I asked her to tone it down because I wasn’t disrespectful at any point until she kept going. I have never experienced this type of customer service from enterprise let alone any other establishment. She needs to be fired or put in some training because this is unacceptable! I am escalating this to the highest level possible! They have 15 cars in inventory and only 3 reservations today one of which is a reservation u made! A man just walked in under a reservation that he needs a credit card for and he has a debit only and they are putting him in a car that should have been given to me yesterday! I was told to come here yesterday got here at exactly 6:20pm and they were gone. The car sales guys told me she left 15 minutes ago. So how did that vehicle that I was picking up last night disappear from close of business yesterday and before they opened today? It doesn’t make sense. She claims she waited for me which was a lie. I have been patient and respectful the whole time for the most part. And all she keeps doing is huffing and puffing behind the desk. She refuses to help at all. Fire her! Now!!!! If this is how enterprise wants to be represented they should just be shut down period.

    The manager was so very polite to me when I came to drop off the car and she is a very amazing manager I have ever met, I like her smile and the way she explained to me how I gonna see my balance in my account in 5 business days, and she was so welcoming.
