  This morning I came to get a rental car and I want to say from the time I walked through the door everyone was really nice they greeted me and their attitudes was very pleasant. I worked with Philip he checked me in I loved his customer service he was very nice he went through everything from the insurance policy and he didn't rush me. I ended with Aaron who checked me out with showing me the car with no rush and making me feel safe before my travel. My appointment was at 10:00 and I got there actually an hour early then planned I didn't have to wait my car was available everything went smoothly and I was out by 9:30. I just wanted to update my review. The day I returned my car a wonderful young lady by the Awa Phil was very helpful. When I went to return the car and the young man was checking me out he had told me my refund was less than I was recently told. So he went to her and she had no problem helping and making the necessary changes. She explained what happened and apologized. They have a great team there.

  The customer service was great, no hassles, or delays everything went just like clock work phone notifications reminder right on time, you know that's a good thing when someone one else takes in to account that your time is of value also, and making sure that your accommodations were met in the vehicle that you may be or have selected, Big Shout Out to Lanham Enterprise 👍 and once again thank you Mr.Aaron Mcgriff and the rest of the staff, I was impressed by how well they worked together in unity to assist customers such as myself, keep up the good work. God bless 🙏

  Dices es mala experiencia hasta que te pasa.... NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR...reserve por 5 días una ban.... dejas un deposito de $300 por ese tipo de auto.... el viaje fue muy largo con familia y amigos sin duda comeríamos algo adentro durante el camino ... cuando entregue la camioneta me dicen que no me darán parte de mi deposito por el olor a comida... que es un lavado profundo que aran y cuanta cosa para quitarme mi dinero.... NO VOLVERE A ESTE LUGAR JAMAS
