I was trying to switch my car for a week and checked other Enterprise locations in Clarksville and Columbia Laurel, but they kept denying my request. The Lanham location was a completely different experience. Shout out to Philip—he was amazing, made sure I got the car on time, and even switched me to an SUV as I requested. I called in the morning, and he called me back within two hours once the car was available. Really appreciate the excellent service!
