I’ll be honest — when I was being asked about all the add-on fees and extras, I definitely had a bit of an attitude 😅, but Phillip stayed calm, respectful, and professional the entire time. He explained everything clearly without any pressure, which I really appreciated. Overall, solid experience, great customer service, and I would absolutely rent from this location again!!!
