- DHDan HJan 10, 20261.0I’ve come into this location multiple times since November. Every time I come in I constantly have issues with certain employees and the management team. This store is absolutely unprofessional and does not care at all about their customers. They will leave you standing around waiting for help. I’m also certain that a lot of the workers come in intoxicated. There is a worker who i’ve witnessed selling and using paraphernalia inside the store on multiple occasions! I’ve spoke to the field leader Naomi I believe and customer support but nothing was done I was just told to go to the police even after I sent them evidence.

- LGLonnie GrahamJun 22, 20191.0Was at the store located in Landover MD, just to simply return a battery core was helped by an associate named Diamen it took him 30 minutes to figure out how to navigate through the system to return my battery core. He scanned my ID card three times during this transaction and it still didn't help,until I had to just simply read the bottom of the screen where it said NO ID needed and the transaction finally went through. During this whole ordeal while Diamen was trying to help me the Store Manager or DM called and asked him where his Performance Vs Goals we're and are they close not one time did he say he and only one associate other than himself was in the store and by the way I'm trying to figure out how to return this battery core. Never will I go to this location again and the staff needs be better informed on how to return merchandise.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
