  I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Enterprise at this location. They were 45 minutes late the picking me up from the body shop I was at, and when they did pick me up the driver reeked of weed and was holding very personal conversations the entire car ride. When I got there they did not have the car that was reserved for me and told me that they would call me when one would become available. I would ultimately go the entire length of my rental without them ever calling to give me correct car. Lastly, I was charged for tolls because I was not closed out at the correct time, and their driver seemed to drive through a toll station, causing me to receive the toll fee. Very unprofessional from beginning to end and would not recommend.

  This was my very first time renting a vehicle from Enterprise and everything went well, and the representatives were nice, friendly and pleasant.

  I had an excellent experience at Enterprise thanks to Ayo. They were professional, patient, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Customer service like this really makes a difference—highly recommend asking for them ☺️

  Enterprise car rental in hyattsville on Annapolis rd has great customer service service.. was in a comfortable vehicle &. The employee. Ayomide made sure I was happy.

  The sole employee at the Landover Hills site was extremely efficient and professional. On 12/4/2025 the branch manager Ayomide Owolabi was the only employee at the site. Even though the office was extremely busy, Mr. Owolabi did a wonderful job in maintaining his professionalism and providing excellent customer service.
