    I leased a specific premium vehicle but ended up with a random vehicle not remotely close but was charge same rate sadly, this was last minute and had to make do.

    When the driver picked me up, he had the radio connected to his phone playing explicit music. The vehicle had a cracked windshield and body damage during the walk thru. Everything wrong! The vehicle was said to be cleaned however the back seat was dirty and the vehicle smelled like dog.
