Was informed that there were no technicians at the shop yet, while a man in a tech uniform sat behind him eating oatmeal. That may have been true, however the perception of the customer was the opposite. Waited about the time it took to call southern tire down the street and have it done in the expected five minutes. Very disappointed in myself for not trusting my gut about any business operated by Monro Muffler and Brake.

Anthony was my tire and alignment guy and he was phenomenal! Daniel was my counter guy and he was patient and listened to all of my requests and responded appropriately! Jeff, the manager, had my account set up and ready to go when I came in on Sunday morning! This is why I keep coming back!!! Excellent service at reasonable prices!!! Thanks, guys!
