  Dakota, the assistant manager at this location, was phenomenal. His professionalism, knowledge (to inform us about the difference between conventional and synthetic, even though we didn’t ask), and willingness to check our “Check Engine” light for no charge was above-and-beyond. We already like Valvoline, but this is the best experience we’ve had at any Valvoline, thanks to Dakota. Super impressed - we will drive further just to come back to this location! Hope he can be a full manager soon.

  The techs are great, however. valvoline is a money grab. I have never gone there just for an oil change its always something else that is not necessarily needed at the time. I don’t like that and the one I go to, they technicians dont stay at that location. I only go because my long time mechanic of 15 years died and I am having a hard time finding a fair, good and honest mechanic.

  I had a great experience with Tae during my oil change here at Valvoline. From start to finish, everything was smooth, quick, and professional. Tae was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done efficiently while still taking the time to explain what was being done to my car.I really appreciated the attention to detail and the great customer service. It made the whole process stress-free. You can tell Tae takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about customers having a good experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend!

  I had such a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change thanks to Tae! From the moment I pulled up, Tae was friendly, professional, and super efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The service was quick but thorough, and Tae made sure everything was done right while keeping me informed throughout the process. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer experience, but Tae definitely does. If you’re going to Valvoline, I highly recommend asking for Tae. 5-star service all the way!
