The work was done to a high standard, and everything was completed efficiently. The customer service was phenomenal. The staff was very helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire visit. They made sure to explain what was being done and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this location to others

I swear on my life this location messed up my car and did something wrong to my vehicle. The mechanic said my oil was only half way filled as well. These guys working here are absolutely incompetent and it will be at your expense. I have lived in Kensington for 35 years and I will never return to this location and I will forever tell people to avoid this brand. I spoke to jiffy lube about this error and they just threw their hands up and said “oh well that happens to cars overtime.” My current car has permanent damages from their failure to service my car adequately.
