    I waited over 30 minutes for service and 40+ minutes actually in the service bay, only to have my car stall out due to a bad fuel system and or oil service. The customer service agent was very kind and the assistant manager was kind and came quickly to check out the car. However, Valvoline claimed “no fault” despite the car not starting and repeatedly stalling out after the service despite no issues prior to the service. All employees were fantastic, understanding, and kind, but if you have the opportunity, just book a real oil change/fuel service at a verified mechanic.

    Pretty quick oil change. The manager very pleasant. The only negative and I know it's part of their job. They tell u all the things that needs changing on your vehicle. Thanks but all I need is my oil changed
