They were very polite but warm and kind to a couple of old ladies, smiling, and seemed genuinely happy to be providing a much needed service for us by keeping our car going with oil and filter changes, and also new windshield wiper blades, so we are all set for messy winter weather. I also really like that they have a record of what has been done to the car in their computer so they know what has already been done and what might need to be done.

Thankfully, I did not trust them to do it. When I took my car in to my regular mechanic, I asked him to check everything. First of all, the oil was HALF FULL and it was DIRTY. Secondly, NONE of the filters were dirty and the fluids were fine. I am NEVER going back here and will tell all of my friends, family & neighbors to NEVER go here either.
