The service team was attentive, respectful, and truly focused on what my car actually needed — no pressure, no upselling, just honest service. They answered all of my questions clearly and were incredibly friendly from start to finish. I’ve been coming here for years, and the consistency is what keeps me returning. The team always delivers quality work, and the coupons for discounted services are a nice bonus that shows they value their customers. If you need reliable service, definitely check them out — and make sure to say hi to Dakota, MaTika, Kyriel, and Colin. They take great care of you every time.

  I wanted an air filter replacement but it wasn't in stock. Otherwise everything went well and I was happy with the service.

  I strongly advise staying away from this Valvoline location. I originally went in for a routine oil change, but was told my brake lights were out. I agreed to have them replaced, and in the process, the technicians managed to damage my rear light housing. The worst part isn’t even the mistake—it’s the dishonesty. They broke the component and failed to inform me, clearly hoping I wouldn't notice the damage until I had already driven away. To make matters worse, their customer service is incredibly unprofessional. I have tried calling multiple times to resolve this, and as soon as I explain that their technicians damaged my vehicle, they hang up the phone. If you value your car and expect basic accountability, go somewhere else. They will dodge you when they mess up your vehicle. *Update - called the number on their main website they answered and gave me a claims number for it. Will see how this plays out *Update 2 they got back to me and told me they ordered the housing for the lights

  Efficient, polite and comprehensive service. Everyone was excellent. The only downside was a lack of helpfulness when I called ahead to check on the wait - they would give me no information at all. Thankfully I decided to come anyway.
