The work was done to a high standard, and everything was completed efficiently. The customer service was phenomenal. The staff was very helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire visit. They made sure to explain what was being done and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this location to others

- MBMike Bowrin3 days ago1.0Horrible. I took my car to have a standard oil change and now 1 week after I have a massive ticking and was quoted $3000 repair. I swear on my life this location messed up my car and did something wrong to my vehicle. The mechanic said my oil was only half way filled as well. These guys working here are absolutely incompetent and it will be at your expense. I have lived in Kensington for 35 years and I will never return to this location and I will forever tell people to avoid this brand. I spoke to jiffy lube about this error and they just threw their hands up and said “oh well that happens to cars overtime.” My current car has permanent damages from their failure to service my car adequately.

I arrived promptly in the morning with only one vehicle ahead of me for an oil change and a tire rotation. I had a rare day off and wanted to spend a little more money so I could make the most of my day. Leisure lube had other plans. After two hours and numerous new customers coming and going, my reward for the excruciating wait and high cost for their speed… having to turn right back around because the low tire pressure light was on. If you want to pay more to waste half a day this is the place for you otherwise you’re better off anywhere else. You could even learn how to do it yourself in two and half hours and probably pay less for the tools and supplies. Needless to say will not be returning.
