    Absolutely terrible experience. Wait was over an hour and rep showed me a subcompact car and my insurance covered a full size sedan. Rep told me the only other cars were SUVs. Then when asked him again, he said he didn’t have one. The car he wanted to put me in was dirty on the outside and I asked the rep if he could clean it. His response was that it was clean on the inside. This was totally unacceptable. I asked for a registration and he said my agreement was the registration. I asked him to print it out and he said that the printer was out of ink. Omg this is becoming a nightmare. To add fuel to the fire, the car’ s tire pressure work came on the following morning. I ended up dealing with another rep in the morning and she was able to put me in another car. I will never go to this Enterprise again. This is the one in Jessup where the dollar store is.

    From the minute I arrived the agent was very professional and courteous. They gave me a free upgrade and made sure I understood everything about the vehicle and sent me on my way quickly. The return was just as quick. I was on my way in minutes.
