- KCKayla CurrieAug 11, 20251.0If it possible to give zero stars, I 100% would. I worked with Liz as my case manager for collision repairs in May. I will say up front that the customer service was excellent, Liz kept me updated throughout the process, and the repairs themselves appeared to be handled promptly. However, shortly after picking up my vehicle, I began experiencing issues with my tire/electrical sensor. I reached out to Liz about this, and she INSISTED that the problem was likely due to my recent tire service at Costco or driving conditions, rather than something related to the collision repairs. I still have the messages documenting this exchange. Unfortunately, three months later (August), I am still dealing with these same sensor issues. When I brought my car to the dealership, I was told that Gerber did not perform a full electrical inspection nor did they FULLY COMPLETE my alignment, during the repair process 🤦🏾‍♀️ something that should have been done given the nature of the repairs. As a result, after already paying my $500 deductible, I am now out an additional $200+ to have the dealership diagnose and address an issue that, in my opinion, should have been caught the first time. I can’t help but feel that my initial concerns back in May were dismissed, and now I’m paying the price for it. While I appreciate the communication and friendliness of the staff, I’m disappointed in the lack of thoroughness in the repair process and the financial inconvenience it has caused.
