- BHBrian HarlinOct 16, 20251.0Two hours before I am supposed to pick up the truck that I rented on Enterprise's site earlier this week, I get a phone call that they don't have the truck and that I can check with other local Enterprise locations. Are you kidding me??? Enterprise should not be renting trucks if they don't have them to rent. We have people that have set aside time to help us move, as well as people on the other end waiting to help us unload. TWO HOURS before??? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
