I booked a car FOUR WEEKS in advance, showed up on time, and was told the car was not available. What is the point of making a reservation if Enterprise can’t honor it? This completely defeats the purpose of planning ahead. There was no real apology, no accountability, and no effort to provide a proper solution. The staff acted as if this is normal and expected, which is honestly shocking for a company that claims to be a “professional” rental service. This caused major inconvenience and wasted my time, plans, and money. If you actually need a car when you book one, do not rely on this location. Reservations clearly mean nothing here. Extremely disappointing and poorly managed. I will not be returning and would not recommend this Enterprise to anyone.

They would send confirmations that my rental is ready and have me go out there to pick it up only to look baffled about it and tell me they have nothing. They'd even lie and say they sent messages cancelling. I'd ask where they were sent to and silence follows. I even got confirmation texts to pick up hours after the location closes. It's been 8 days and still nothing from these guys and this is after they guaranteed me a car would be available. Pure trash. If I could give zero stars I would.

The cold air made the tire pressure low so I came back the next morning, guess what!? Chris fixed it for me so quickly and easily, without any trouble. The person who usually does this wasn't there. I had a hiccup with being towed due to unclear towing policy somewhere but after calling, a manager traveled in snow fall to help me retrieve the car. She was so kind and understanding. I promise, I was so apologetic. I would definitely rent from this location again! I really appreciate everyone who helped me. Chris, especially was so very helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident to hit the road! Management, you better give this guy a raise!
