I was told that a car would be available at the site of the repair shop (my car was scheduled for a minimum of 7 days for body repairs) It was not! Instead, I was driven by a representative of Enterprise Rental Car in a Weed Smelling Infested private vehicle to an Enterprise location at 5810 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville, Maryland. Although reservations were set by my insurer, (and feeling ill from smelling drugs for 15 minutes) I had to go through the entire rental process. And finally, after verbally assuring me of a 7 day agreement, I get an email denoting a 5 day rental agreement-ending at Sunday Midnight. Awful! Not even near One-Star!

- MBMicala BryanFeb 20, 20261.0I had a rental after my car was stolen. I didn’t like the rental and it had an oil change error on the screen. I was told by the guy at the rental place that it’s good to go and it’s just an error that will be corrected once they restart the car. I came in to redo my contract with them and then was told I had to switch the car out immediately as it needs a oil change and they would charge me extra to clean the car and fill it up despite me not being aware I had to rerun the car and was originally told I can extend the rental. The men there lie to women regarding what’s going on with the car and it’s not safe or ethical to have to deal with this. I ended up switching out the car for another week as I was looking to buy a new car but I will NEVER rent from this location ever again. They don’t explain anything until you have no choice but to go along with their plan and that’s not fair.
