  Shoutout to Keith at the BWI exit gate! His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail turned what could have been a routine delay into a standout customer experience. He greeted everyone in the vehicle, explained everything clearly, and made us feel completely at ease. National/Alamo—you’ve got a great employee here.

  100% scams. Don’t get car from them after returning you gonna get charged $100’s of dollars. I picked up car got unlimited per day toll pass they said i can use unlimited they gave me a transponder ezpass. After returning the vehicle i got charged for $113 and they said ezpass is just for cross unlimited tolls but you still have to pay tolls. Don’t ever get ezpass from national use your own. National car just robbing the people just a SCAM

  Great service and very happy with National. Not happy with the Dodge Laramie I rented but that’s not the fault of National. Annoying loud random bell tone would go off without any corresponding lights or information. Skip the Dodge Laramie

  Riley was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating. However, the ladies work along side her who work the reservation desk are very rude and condescending and talk down to customers. Unfortunately, I have the same experience with the ladies working the reservation desk every time I rent from this location. Please provide them with additional training as they do not know how to work with customers to address their needs. If not for Riley, it would have been a horrible customer experience.
