  I recently rented at the BWI location and I love the new skip the counter process. I was in a vehicle in a matter of minutes after entering the rental facility. Be advised that they no longer conduct customer walk arounds, and the covered parking garage is not very well lit, so be sure to check for damage on the vehicle before you drive out. Other than that, the rental experience has really improved since the days of standing in line at the counter.

  I had a very frustrating experience with this location. At pickup, the employee was pushy about adding insurance and made me uncomfortable when I declined. We were also told to just pick a car without much guidance or review. Something didn’t feel right, so I took a video of the vehicle before leaving. When I returned it, the employee told me everything looked good. Days later, I was contacted by corporate about a damage claim saying I caused bumper damage and even that I had said I “backed into something,” which is completely untrue. That never happened and I never made that statement. It honestly felt like I was being blamed for damage that was already there. The only reason this didn’t turn into a bigger issue is because I had that video proving the damage existed before my rental. After I submitted it, the claim was suddenly closed with no charges. I’m glad it was resolved, but the situation was stressful and concerning. I would strongly recommend documenting your vehicle before leaving, you may need it.

  I had a great experience with the team at BWI, Perry, Mike, AJ, and Justin. They went above and beyond to get me in and out with no worries. And I want to add that i had blast with them, a real fun group. Especially Aka's Tom Cruise and David Spade. Thanks guys. Rafael.

  Good rental car I rented this car for two weeks the late. The wait time was good. The reservation process was very easy. I recommend anybody. The only problem was. The car was a little dirty even after it got vacuumed and washed and the service light came on, but other than that everything went well definitely recommend if you need a rental car to go to this location again thanks again.

  Currently renting from Enterprise at BWI. Picked a 15 passenger van on 1 April 2026. A few hours into our long distance trip, a dash message saying the vehicle is due for an oil change soon displayed. The following day en route to our planned activities, (2 April) the message states the vehicle is due for an oil change. I called Enterprise and were instructed we had two options: take it to the local Enterprise to exchange the vehicle or take it to Tires Plus (on our time) to get an oil change. Because we had items on our itinerary that day, we were unable to take any action. In the morning, I called the local enterprise (3 April) and they did not have a replacement vehicle. So I took it the instructed location. I waited 4+ hours to be told Enterprise did not authorize the service. The gentleman at Tires Plus stated they would call me back if the authorization went thru. I called Enterprise again was told Tires plus was not an authorized service center and redirected us to Jiffy lube. We expressed our frustration regarding misinformation from the previous Enterprise agent. Today (4 April 2026), I took the vehicle to Jiffy lube as instructed. After a 1.5hr wait, I’m told the vehicle VIN does not match the Enterprise fleet and is not authorized for service. I called Enterprise again and was told there is nothing they can do. Nothing. The most they could do was leave a message to the BWI Enterprise office to call me back. I am on a family vacation with small children on a long road trip. Maintenance on a rental vehicle is not what I should be concerned with but I am because my family’s safety relies on the proper maintenance of the vehicle we are in. The fact that Enterprise does not have a way to resolve situations like this is piss poor. Never again.
