  I forgot I was an Emerald member as I used to travel more for work. When I went to the counter she reminded me and was a very pleasant person. Very high standards. Thank you for being so good at what yall do. Love from Florida.

  From start to finish, my experience with National was a pleasant one. Ms. Frances made pick up seamless and the return was easy. I appreciate the quality of service I receive every time I use National!

  This is an awesome location. When I tell you they go above and beyond. Im sure everyone there is great but specifically i want to shout out Nathaniel (Nate) and Nicholas (Nick). They are just marvelous. Friendly. Personable. Capable. Young and very professional. You will be lucky to be served by them and they will help you understand in today's landscape what a customers service is supposed to be. They are neither obsequious nor pandering. They are men of dignity and service. Both funny and kind. This is a location that will get you where you need to be with a more than fair transparent helpful experience. Thank you Nick and Nate for helping a stressed out customer navigate an expensive car repair. Corporate please acknowledge them with all the accolades, promotions and pay. They are more than worthy and likely overdue. Nate go patriots😄! And I'm not a fan but you deserve all the wins. Nick, just thank you for your patience and kindness for a cold and an under the weather and tired customer. Job well done gentlemen and may you be well. Until next time. UPDATE: I had to rent another car after the recent snow. I want to shout out Emily who is so delightful and considerate. On a very cold day she thoughtfully brought the car to the booth so that it would be warm for me when I was able to complete the administrative paperwork of a car trade. Whatever National does in terms of hiring or onboarding they have a roster of amazing employees. I have only had one negative experience there and this pales in comparison to how awesome the rest of the team is. Thank you Emily for making this cold snap bearable. I believe you will and should go far. Please reward her with all the kudos someone as deserving and kind as she is should receive. In today's society we need more young customer service professionals like her.
