  Shoutout to Nick and Lauren! Our flight got delayed and we preferred to drive home. They got us a upgrade since we had a toodler and got us on the road in no time. Very profesional and courtous. Cant thank them enough

  Recently rented a car from Enterprise at the BWI airport, easy reservation online, simple check-in, about 10 seconds to get the car once I got to the Enterprise garage. Ditto for return. The cost was low, and there were no surprises. The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I've rented cars from Enterprise in several European countries (in Cheltenham, England, they even sent someone to open up their office on a Sunday so we could rent a car) and lots of U.S. rentals, always a good experience. I recommend Enterprise highly, and will look forward to using them as the first choice in the future.

  Enterprise is always by first choice whenever I travel. Arrived at Enterprise BWI and was promptly assisted by NATE & RYAN. I upgraded my vehicle with ease, and there was a large selection to choose from. Both were friendly, personable, and efficient, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. When I returned the vehicle, MICHAEL, welcomed us back with the same exceptional service. I appreciated his friendliness, having that he was working on Christmas Day - - he was wonderful! If I could give more than 5 stars, they've exceeded it.

  This is the only Enterprise I rent from now in Maryland. All of there are inferior compared to this location. No place is “perfect” but unless you’re HELLA late, you’ll never hear “sorry, this is all we have at the moment…” which is not what you want to hear after reserving a car online. On top of that, the customer service is actually solid. That’s what I’m really here to talk about… listen… there was an issue with my rental where a charge was added that needed disputing. Tiara and Brian (one of the managers if not THE only manager) were incredibly kind in helping me out. Tiara moved promptly to request Brian’s expertise and not only did Brian quickly solve my issue - he even found an avenue to save me more $$. When I tell you a blessing?! A blessing it was indeed. I’ll keep returning to this place because of the excellent customer service. Thank you again!!

  I like the selection of vehicles. The Dodge Durango rented this time met our needs. On an additional note, after I returned the vehicle and took the shuttle to the airport, I realized that I had left a pair of glasses in the vehicle. I immediately returned to the rental car return. I was rather upset about leaving these glasses because they were rather expensive. The manager took down the information on the vehicle since it had already been removed from the area. He took the time to go to the vehicle and retrieve the glasses. I don't remember his name, but he was on duty on 12/17/25 at approximately 11:00 A.M. I appreciated his efforts very much. There were two other employees that I do not know there names, but they were very understanding and patient. The only complaint I have was the there was an employee that I interacted with in regards to the glasses. Her name was on her name tag. It was Ms. V. She was not the most pleasant person that I dealt with. It was less than an hour earlier that I had returned the car initially. Ms. V was the individual that processed my return. I mentioned to her that I had returned the car to her less than an hour ago and that I had made the comment to her that I filled the gas tank prior to returning the vehicle. Her response to me was you and 100 other people. I thought that she was very insensitive to my needs. Unlike the other individuals including the manager at that time, I would have to say she was the only one who showed no compassion for my needs. Additionally, on a seperate note, when I received my e-mail showing what the charges were, I noticed that they had charged me for fueling up the vehicle. I had declined that option. I went back to the counter. Mr. Goldsmith along with the manager of that department was very helpful. Gave me a credit for that charge. Great experience with everyone who I interacted with other than Ms, V.
