Luckily the car had let me know prior and my mother being the kind soul she is, got me a new battery and gave it to me at thanksgiving — it’s an early Christmas gift! I was able to install the battery on the side of the road and use my gps to get me to this store. The problem did not subside, so I explained the issue to the gentleman, Alejandro, and through his diagnosis it was the alternator. Alejandro discussed different ideas with me for my best option. We ultimately decided to purchase the part there and I was lucky to get it installed the same day right down the street! Without his diagnosis and my mothers recommendation to swing in there directly after installing the battery.. I would have been stranded again. BIG Thank You for his listening ear, his knowledgeable advice and keeping the customers best interest in mind. I also observed other staff being friendly and willing to help, the place was clean as I know because I paced around for a good 20 minutes calling local shops. The team working at 2643 Annapolis Rd are superb!
