  Very helpful staff at the front desk especially Mr Nathan who took the time to go show me the vehicle options before finalising the contract. While out in the lot all my other questions were answered by Mr Armoni who made sure I left satisfied with the vehicle choice and took the time to show me the options in the Premium SUV I chose. Thanks once again & Management please keep all staff as helpful as Mr Nathan and Mr Armoni

  Bwi Alamo rental car service is the way to go. Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff . Get you in and out in no time. Service with all smiles. The cars are very clean . You wouldn’t be disappointed

  I reserved a premium pickup truck, but when I arrived, only subcompact cars were available. After waiting for 30 minutes, I received a basic pickup truck that fell short of my expectations. Despite having only 10,000 miles on it, the truck looked and felt much older. There was also an unpleasant smell inside; while it wasn't overpowering, it was noticeable. Since no other vehicles were available, I decided to take the truck, thinking it wouldn't be too bad. An hour into my drive, the odor started to give me a headache, so I opened the window. That's when I realized that the scent I had initially noticed was a neutralizing spray applied to the seats. Once the air began flowing around the cab, the pungent smell of stale cigarette smoke became evident. I considered returning the truck; however, I was only 45 minutes to an hour away from my destination, and since there were no other vehicles in their lot, I decided to keep it. I attempted to reach out to customer service through their chat line, but they were unavailable on weekends. It took three days to receive a response, and when I finally explained the situation, the only option presented to me was to return to the airport, which was two hours away, to swap out vehicles. I explained to the representative that a four-hour or longer round trip didn't seem feasible or reasonable. Since the Alamo is owned by Enterprise, I thought they would offer to let me go to the nearest Enterprise location, but that was not an option. Typically, Alamo is my go-to car rental company. However, due to their lack of a reasonable solution for the situation, aside from a four-plus-hour round trip to acquire a different vehicle, I am left very disappointed.

  This had to be the most pleasant car-renting experience I've ever had, seamless from start to finish plus can't beat Alamo's rates. The employee at BWI airport where I picked up the car (name, Bishomuer-- need to check the spelling) was professional and friendly, and had me out of there in no time. And the employee when I returned the car could not have been sweeter and helpful. Thank you for such a positive experience and I'll definitely use Alamo again.
