  I would like to recognize Bryant Brooks, Assistant Manager at AutoZone (2643 Annapolis Rd, Hanover, MD), for his outstanding customer service. During my recent visit, I noticed that my discount had not been applied to my purchase. Bryant immediately stepped in, leaving what he was doing to assist me without hesitation. He handled the situation professionally, quickly resolved the issue, and made sure I left satisfied. His willingness to go above and beyond, along with his positive attitude and attention to detail, truly made a difference in my experience. Customer service like this does not go unnoticed, and Bryant is a great example of what excellent service should look like. Thank you again for your help I truly appreciate it

  Awesome staff. Bilingual in Spanish. The hub obviously has specialized parts but these guys will make sure you get what you need. I’m usually a committed customer to the O named store, but these guys helped me get what I needed to rebuild my jeep in a week. Heading back to my home state but if you’re a DIYer, this staff will get you going.
