  The process was the fastest and easiest I’ve ever experienced using a rental. The car had very little miles, still had new car smell. Both use men who helped was professional and pleasant. I usually do Enterprise however Alamo was less in price. Only negative is all the little added fees that all rental now charges. I’ll definitely use Alamo for my next rental.

  Love this company! It is convenient. The car we rented was fantastic. They have a free shuttle to the airport. We will use Alamo again.

  The pickup process was a breeze Brandon made me feel as if I was the most important customer. The time it took to checkout was quick. I will be back to revisit.

  The vehicle was unkempt. A huge crack in the windshield and coated with pollen. I had limited options and paid over 600+ bucks for a week. The overall experience was smooth but the whole needing a credit card is an inconvenience. I like that I could use my own insurance with small hassle of my personal information. A claim was taken I told the return agent however I never spoke to a manager because nothing h it an apology happens and I had to catch a flight so-thanks Alamo see you maybe next time.
