Despite this, the original issue was not resolved, and the check engine light remains on. Paying a significant amount of money only to have the same unresolved issue after multiple visits is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. At no point was I informed that the repairs performed might not address the root cause of the problem, nor was a clear resolution provided.

This week I returned after buying tires elsewhere and a 13.00 shop parts fee was added to the 134.00. I noticed after I left. Doesn’t make sense. A Shop fee and parts for an alignment and I wasn’t charged that before, help me understand. The work was decent and people seem great ( that’s why I returned ) Makes my trust in this business questionable.
