    The sales person Kara was great. The finance guy was good and efficient but there were some technical issues. My concern…. I was told that I would be receiving an email in the morning that I needed to promptly sign electronically . By 1 pm I had not received that email. I attempted to call to get some clarification and I spent 20 minutes trying to get someone to answer a phone. One time I got through to sales dept even though they were not who I needed but they were the only ones that were answering. The sales department transferred me to an answering machine. After several tries I got some help. You should improve your phone presence to improve you ability to satisfy customer needs.

    I was able to easily schedule a service appointment online for my Subaru Forester. The date and time I wanted was available which was within 3 days. Night drop made it easy to start the process by leaving my SUV at their dealer lot the night before. The next day, the service department advisor contacted me to discuss the service details and confirm the tasks were needed. The following day the service was started. The technician performed a recorded video safety inspection of various areas to ensure no additional work was needed. He texted the video to me for review. Everything was fine so the work was done. They emailed the invoice with payment options. They contacted me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I went to the dealership, paid my invoice, and drove away. One more item easily removed from my To-Do List. I've had this vehicle for 11 years and used Sheehy (formerly Sharrett) for most of my maintenance here, always receiving the same excellent customer service. I always enjoy an opportunity to say Hi to the friends I've made there over the years. I recommend their services.

    The easiest experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly to work with. He made the entire process seamless and headache-free. The finance team went above and beyond to find the best value and make sure that I was taking advantage of every cost savings I had available to me. Overall I couldn’t be happier!

    I have had a wonderful experience so far with this dealership. I took my newly purchased 2018 Subaru Forester to their service dept to see if they could perform some Extended Warranty work to my car for a couple of issues my car was starting to have. They put me into a loaner car for a couple of days while they contacted Subaru America and were able to go above and beyond to get the work completed for both issues at no cost and they were expedient in the repairs as well. So far they have been a great and honest dealership to work with. I will be back with my car for future maintenance tasks to be performed as well.

    I received a recall notice so made an appointment with the dealership where I bought the car and is the closest one to me. The recall notice said the repair would take about an hour so I planned other errands when the service was finished. When I dropped the car off the service rep. said that no, it was more like 2 to 2 1/2 hours. That was disappointing but I thought, okay I can deal with it. It ended up being three. It's a 1 hour roundtrip to take the car there. So I spent 4 hours of my time to fix an issue that wasn't my fault, or regular maintenance or repair. It was a recall for a faulty part. Subaru's fault. Yes the repair was free, but I had to spend 4 uncompensated hours of my time to get it fixed. Even at a low wage of $15 an hour I think I should be entitled to about $60. How about topping off my gas tank? Sending me a check? (I'm a professional with Bachelor and Masters degrees. My time is worth more than $15/hr). Something that says we're really sorry you had to spend all this time to fix something that shouldn't have needed fixing. All that said, the service rep. was very professional and the waiting area was comfortable. I don't blame the dealership. I blame Subaru.
