- SDSeth DieterApr 22, 20261.0I had an appointment scheduled for 8am. I left my car here the night before. At 10am, I arrived to check on the status of my car. The desk worker informed me that my car could not be started until around 2:30pm because it was an "all-day drop-off." For them to just cancel my appointment like that is HIGHLY unprofessional and unacceptable. I did not schedule an all-day drop-off, I scheduled an appointment at 8am. My car should be finished LONG before they say they'll even start it. This is ridiculous, and I will never recommend this play to anybody because of this.

When I arrived they were super friendly, honest and knowledgeable. My car was in and out in no time and was clean when returned. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed!

He should be commended for his customer service skills in addition to his expertise in the field, as his confidence in the job stood out. He explained everything to me in detail, and turned a potentially frustrating situation around for me. I would highly recommend these guys if you find yourself in need of auto glass treatment.
