  Everyone at Jiffy Lube is friendly and professional. If there is a problem that needs fixed I was told what the problem was and why it needed to be fixed. They are a great bunch of guys.

  This turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had at any Jiffy Lube I've ever been to. I left work in Arlington, VA early to commute 2 hours home so that I could get to your location before it closed at 7 to pay over $600 for 4 new tires (after having called twice to ensure the tires would be available). I'm not upset about the price because I was fully ready to pay that for a new set of tires, but after they drove my car in and got the old tires off, they started putting the new tires on the rims and as in looking out the window, I see one of the technicians laughing with his hand on his head. When I looked at the brand new tire, it looked misshapen. Another technician came over to look at it and they began talking and looking a little more worried. A couple of minutes later, one of them comes in and tells me that they'll only be able to put 3 new tires on my car because the 4th was damaged. He told me that he would put one of the old tires back on, but it would be the tire that was in the best condition of the 4 of them. As I was embarking on a long road trip the next day, I asked if the tire he put back on would be ok for that drive and he assured me it would. At this point, the store is technically closed (I've been there for around an hour, maybe more) so when they got the 3 new tires and the one old tire back on, they closed up shop and I drove away. Not 5 minutes down the road, I get a TPMS warning light. When I drove off, the tire pressure was at 34 PSI and when the light came on, it was already down to 29. I drove to the Sheetz gas station to get gas and by the time I arrived at the Sheetz, 4.1 miles away from your location, my tire is down to 18 psi and dropping. So, at this point, not only do I have an old tire on my car when I should've had a new one, but it is almost flat. I can't drive home because of it goes completely flat, there are no shoulders on the roads near my house, so there would be nowhere for me to safely wait for help, I can't go anywhere else because, most places in Hagerstown close at 7 or 8pm and at this point is almost 8:30pm, and I'm on the phone with my insurance company, and at last glance, due to availability and my location, I may not be able to get someone to come put a donut on my car for 3-4 hours. I was due to leave for an out of town trip at 4am and now, not only will I lose several hours on this trip because I have to get another tire replaced first thing tomorrow, but I may be stuck at this gas Station for 3 to 4 hours waiting for help because you're employees not only damaged what was supposed to be my 4th brand new tire, but the old tire they replaced it with was the tire in the WORST condition on my car in the first place. I am livid in ways I'm finding hard to describe right now, and I am very disappointed because every interaction I've had at every Jiffy Lube I've been to (including this one western I got my oil changed a couple of weeks ago) had been quick and friendly. I was half a day late where I went and that's after being out all night tonight trying to get a spare put on my car because of your employees carelessness.
