- TJTim JonesNov 5, 20252.0Blatantly Take Advantage of Women. My sister went in for a check engine light that I had already discovered was explained by a TSB, and would be covered under her warranty. Before she was able to exit her vehicle at the dealership, the service representative told her that she needed an alignment. The service representative later used fear tactics to tell her that her coolant system needed flushed immediately. What this service technician doesn't know is that she had new tires and an alignment done recently. Also, I topped off the coolant with compatible, but differently colored, coolant. This review would be one star except for the fact that the actual mechanic left a video specifying that her tires looked great and that the coolant, while discolored, was not a concern if we were aware of its discoloration. The mechanic also found a leaky seal that was covered by warranty. I consider the mechanic an honest individual. Had my sister not messaged and called me. She would have been charged $250 out of pocket for unnecessary maintenance. Instead she left paying nothing, as she should have to begin with. I had her drive to my house immediately following the appointment and I personally checked her tire tread depth. The inside, center, and outside edge of each tire read exactly 8/32. This tells me that the service representative blatantly tried to take advantage of my sister, and I don't appreciate it. My sister tells me that this is not the first time this has happened to her, and multiple representives have done this to her.

My car was returned to me just as it was when I left it, especially on the inside. I have to say that has never been the case at other dealerships.
