Everyone was nice and the video made of my car explaining everything and the intervals at which fluids and filters should be replaced was awesome. Coffee and donuts in the waiting room was a plus for me :) Thank you, Sheehy! I’ll be back!
- CRCapri RossDec 24, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone in my life is telling me to contact a lemon lawyer (that’s how many problems I’ve had to deal with). Currently waiting on my call back I’ve been promised the last 6 times I’ve called for a problem with my car that was there when the car was sold to me, took it in to get fixed, they fixed it and now it’s broken again. Along with everything else I’ve had their service department fix, the first year I had the car I had to drive around in 4 different rental cars because the car was sold to me so messed up and the service department kept repeatedly returning my car to me without the problem fixed. Absolutely a joke, still ignoring calling me back just because they’re waiting for my warranty to expire. Slimy company with horrible customer service. The only good people I’ve interacted with are Ali and Gerald, good workers at a corrupt company.
