The service people did an excellent job winterizing and detailing my car. We were able to use a loaner so there was no inconvenience. I loved watching the video and the explanation of what was done. The tire warning was noted. All Subaru personnel are professional and courteous. It’s a pleasure doing business with you. This is my 7th Subaru. I feel very confident driving. Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown was a life saver and I am incredibly grateful. I was out of state for a funeral, my check engine light came on - the tcv had failed. Anthony & Mike were extremely kind, understanding, super helpful and accommodating to get my car in and fixed the next day so I could get back home safely to my family. We have a 2011 Subaru Outback that has issues that Sheehy service department was unable to diagnose and fix. The car had significant throttle hesitation, to the point of being undrivable, so we had it towed to Sheehy in Hagerstown. They had the car for over a week and told us they couldn’t find the issue, charged us $625 and gave it back to us. The second time we drove the vehicle, we experienced the same exact issue. Took it back to Sheehy, told them it was the same problem, offered right then to drive the car with them to show them what was wrong, but Sheehy service reps declined that offer. So again, they had the car for over a week and couldn’t recreate the issue. We had to pick the car up without resolution to the problem after our service advisor was impossible to contact, after multiple unanswered messages. Our Subaru was there over two weeks during both visits and there were almost no updates or stated “plan” to address our issue. Because of their complete lack of communication and inability to diagnose and fix our issue, we wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle to be serviced here.

This is the second vehicle we bought through Sheehy Subaru; My husband and I were impressed by how the members of the sales staff were dedicated to making our buying experience a positive one.
Members of the staff, like Jamarley, the Sales Representative, Zack, the finance officer and Matt, the Customer Service Supervisor, went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with each part of the purchasing experience, answering all our questions, addressing our concerns, to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Past experiences with Tabitha, the Outback trainer, was also very helpful for us to get used to the Starlink system in both our new vehicles.
I strongly recommend anyone considering shopping for a Subaru to visit with the Sheehy group in Hagerstown, MD.
