  I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru WRX from Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Manny, my sales consultant, was outstanding—knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. Zach, the finance manager, was just as great. He explained everything clearly, made the financing process easy to understand, and ensured there were no surprises. He was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Tabitha, the Love Encore Specialist, was also fantastic, and she truly made me feel appreciated as a customer. Overall, I highly recommend Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown. The team worked together seamlessly to make this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.

  Absolutely a fantastic dealership to deal with. Very well organized, and managed the right way. Everyone was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. And the showroom was festive, and immaculate. My Wife and I had a nice experience there, and we will definitely recommend Sheehy to everyone we know. Max did well by us, Tabitha was awesome, Ryan in finance was great, and our sales rep Manny, who spent almost 6 hours with us, was just the best. What a gentleman, truly a fine young man. Kudos to all at Subaru of Hagerstown. Well done, 5 stars all the way!!!

  I had an amazing experience at the Shehee of Hagerstown dealership. Every salesman and finance your manager, I interacted with was not only friendly, knowledgeable, hopeful and kind, but they went out of their way to try to make sure that the deal went through as quick as possible for me so that I can get out of there before the end of the day. Everyone was extremely professional But they also made me feel like they had known me for a while like a friend Which intern made the whole car buying experience for me as a first time car buyer wonderful. I’ve owned a Subaru in the past, but never had bought one brand new. If I ever need another car I will definitely be returning to Shehee of Hagerstown. Big shout out to my car saleman he was excellent .

  I arrived on Black Friday with an appointment to test drive an Outback and to get a quote for my Cross Trek as a prospective trade in. Once there I was all over the map and giving Kevin mixed signals about which car I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, what my priorities were….I asked about several models with different trims and availability. If this isn’t a common occurrence, Kevin did a charitable job of making me feel like my requests were reasonable and an important part of the process. (I’ve bought cars before with much less fanfare so I’m going with he was very professional and helpful on what was a very busy day for Sheehy Subaru.) I LOVE my car, and I much appreciate the help with ultimately getting me to the right choice. Thru every step of the process, each member of the sales team was helpful and thorough in their role. I highly recommend Sheehy for both it’s inventory and it’s knowledgeable sales force.

  Subaru is a great vehicle, and the Sheehy folks are even better! ♥️ Max Crocetta (General Sales Manager), Keedon Evangelista (Sales Professional), and Zach Petrill (Finance Manager) were all super nice and very easy to deal with. They really went out of their way to make me feel like part of the Subaru family. I have a Golden Retriever that goes on adventures with me everywhere, so the Wilderness made perfect sense. I did extensive research prior to buying and received 23 quotes from dealers throughout the Mid-Atlantic for the exact new '25 Geyser Blue Wilderness that I wanted. Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown was very competitive in its pricing making it a no-brainer to stay local. The services that you receive after the sale are awesome with an incredible lounge (donuts/sandwiches, quiet work areas, and children's play area). They even have a jar of dog biscuits and water bowl for your best friend. 🐾 They also offer a VIP level with fabulous perks as well. They're even sending me to Subaru school to learn about all of the accessories in my vehicle! I can't say enough good things about Sheehy and feel very lucky to be a part of such a special family. ♥️🐾🚙🎉
