  Sheehy Subaru is the best! They take excellent care of my Outback. Mike is an outstanding service advisor. The technician’s video of my car while it is in the shop is so appreciated! In addition, Sheehy provides coffee, beverages, snacks, and best of all, a gas fireplace to lounge next to while your car is being worked on. Oh, wait. They have also added a jigsaw puzzle table. Thank you!

  Max the Sales manager is great. Knows how to navigate a deal to suit your individual needs and situation. He set up up with an excellent salesman, who never got frustrated as we decided back and forth between two cars. Not once did we feel pressured or pushed. This was the 5th car we bought from Sheehy and don’t plan on going anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

  I will probably add a star when I get my car back. My car went to the Collision Center after i had an avalanche of snow and ice on my car from a semi truck. Once the insurance did the estimate they got right to work on it and have kept me informed of some damage not found on the initial survey. The staff are friendly and obviously enjoy where they work. That makes a huge difference. They also provided a loaner that is like a toy version of my car. I appreciate getting to and from work without stress.

  All went well, until the end, when I was rushed through. My car was parked in front of someone who was checked out before me, so I never got to ask questions and the gentleman didn’t explain what was done. When I came in, I had described how my rear window cleaning fluid didn’t spray, just trickled, and he wrote it down to be looked into. I have no idea if it was, and if so what they found. Everyone was polite. Facilities clean and inviting. I enjoyed doing the puzzle.

  First the good: Had an oil change scheduled and was taken in at the time of the appointment. The service advisor was super relatable, friendly and chatty. The work was good and the turn around time was excellent. Not so good: Service advisor relayed that the technician noted I need a complete head gasket kit installed as it was leaking. This was not the case as I personally replaced the entire headgasket assembly, timing chain, head studs, EGR Valve, EGR Cooler, intake manifold ... the works 4500 miles ago. The service advisor did tell the technician that since the car has 225000 miles I would probably decline repair which I obviously did. The frustrating part is the fact that without pressure testing the cylinders, verifying if the coolant reservoir was low (its not) or confirming if any recent work had been done, they were going to try and sell me some serious repairs. They should do a bit more investigating before making suggestions of this nature. This isn't a cheap repair. Basic wearables are one things, this is over a 2000$ job. Again what I went in for, the oil change, went perfectly.
