I wanted to see the new new 2026 Outback "in the flesh," but was not in the market for a new car yet. Even though I explained my situation to sales manager Kara, she insisted on bringing a car around for me to see and having sales associate Godwill sit in the car with me to explain all the systems and answer my questions. I feel that my treatment was outstanding (which is all too often not the case the auto industry). So, I felt the need to share my excellent experience and recommend this Dealership.

I called Sheehy and got an appointment for same day, drove an hour to Hagerstown and I was greeted, Ryan was an amazing representative of Sheehy and provided great customer service. I even spoke with Emma the Service Manager briefly and she was also an amazing representation of what Customer Service looks like and should be. I was in/out ahead of what I was told, even got a video of services being performed on my car. This place exceeded expectations and deserves 6 stars!

All the staff have exhibited top-level professionalism and courtesy, as well as providing the most competitive "out the door" costs & interest rates. I'll give a particularly special thank you to Max Crocetta (worked magic with the cost numbers with a smile while thanking us for our business), Bryan Donaldson (picked me up at my house 30 minutes away...also with a smile!), Jake Moran (the best Subaru service technician!) and also Jimmy Spinnler (who is a former employee that I'm sure has moved on to share his super-freindly and positive attitude with other fortunate fellow humans! He ordered a Happy Meal for delivery to my 5 year old daughter during our purchase on September 1st - and offered us a meal as well). Thank you all, you're at the top of the game!
