I don't feel ripped off (yes, prices might be higher than your local pop shop, but they're worth it) as they have all of the tools and knowledge to work on such sophisticated systems. Haven't had a bad experience yet and plan on continuing to use them long into the future of this vehicle.

Traded in 2 vehicles and they handed us a paper stating the value of the trades. One was a 2017 Camaro and they told us it was valued at 24k. The other was a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado and they told us it was valued at 25.5k. Then we find out they changed the paperwork on us and only gave us 20k each. Then proceed to sell the Camaro for 27,990 and the Silverado for 31k. That was almost a 20k mark up. That's one bad way to treat a military veteran.
