  My experience buying a vehicle at Sheehy GMC in Hagerstown was outstanding. Our sales person Reece, was very knowledgeable about all of the GMC vehicles, which helped us hone in on the vehicle that we purchased. I would highly recommend Sheehy GMC in Hagerstown.

  I’m the wife. I took the car in. My first second of walking in the building, I felt at home. May appointment was for 0800. They took care of me the moment I walked through the door 0735. They listened. They were respectful. The waiting area was clean, fresh donuts, TV had an interesting show on. There was a cappuccino and coffee machine. 20 minutes after me being there my representative spoke to me about a partial diagnostic (explained). 20 minutes later came back with a full diagnostic even physically showed me what the problem was. I was probably out of there within an hour and a half. I think I will continue to go to Hagerstown Sheehy for all of my services. We are thinking about trading in the 2019 Chevy equinox we have decided to go back to Sheehy for another vehicle. My personal experience was great 👍🏽 10 stars.

  I really like Josh in the service dept he has awesome customer service and always updated me on my vehicle and listened to me with my concerns he is very professional and in fact everyone that I have had to talk has been very nice pleasant and courteous

  Wanda was awesome! She took great care of us from start to finish. When we arrived to the dealership she had everything ready for us to sign and immediately got us into financing. Justin was amazing getting us into and out of finance quickly while still being very thorough. He discussed with us the many options we had. I would highly recommend Sheehy and will be returning to purchase future vehicles. Thank you Wanda and Justin!

  They don’t communicate well with out of state buyers. This dealership showed me such a poor experience for someone committed to buying a vehicle with an 800 credit score. Donnovan started communicating with me Friday February 7th. I was straight and to the point with what I needed. He started helping me i sent him detailed photos of my trade in, I got my instant offer for my trade in and needed a sales agreement which he said was “sent over to my used car manager” after that I was ghosted and got 0 updates. Wendy called me a day later with no information just that they were super busy. I asked if they were short on salesman and she said no. Oh, okay. Lazy staff and Wendy seems to be having a hard time being a good manager. Cars don’t sell themselves.
