- BBBrian BowmanNov 13, 20251.011/12/2025 I reserved a spot ahead of time knowing that my E-LOG would be almost out of time when I got here. “Prime Parking” Only to pull in at 7 PM to find out that there isn’t any spots and after Dark they will not go out and move anyone! They will give you a refund and tell you that you will just have to go find somewhere else to park. And tell you to call customer service. Customer service was no help at all. So if they don’t have security and they won’t move anyone who is parked in a paid spot, then what is the whole point of offering Prime Parking at Hagerstown location?! It only waste my time and any other drivers time! So don’t waste your time even stopping here!!!

I might look young but carding me for smokes when im 40 years old isn't very observant to customers ... give them my i.d. they scan it .. dont know why just look at the year and face ...but nooo... its expired...did I get younger "at these prices, you should be thanking me not carding me .. almost 20 a pack ." .. "were just doing our job". Was the reply ... we the people, know who else said that kind of garbage ... And no.. your going beyond your job ... you don't have to scan me in as a smoker ... just verify not data mine
